Kusatsu Onsen ryokan

Hey, I was thinking of travelling to Kusatsu Onsen and spend a night in one of the ryokans there with my mum and my brother. Our budget is roughly around 13k to 16k per person. I've had a few ryokan experiences before and I always enjoy having my meals in my room, instead of being served in a separate dining room. But I have some trouble trying to find any ryokans in Kusatsu that provide that option. Would appreciate it if anyone here can recommend any good ryokans to me that hopefully fulfill the couple of requirements above!
