Fire Walking Festival

I am going to the Fire Walking festival at Mount Takao this March
Just wondering where on the Mountain the do they hold the festival and what time..


also how long would a taxi ride from Hotel SunroutePlaza in Shinjuku to Tokyo Station
take at 5.30am

It is held at Yakuo-in, around mid March. It seems that the dates for this year have not been published yet, but as a reference last year's was on March 10 starting 13:00.
