Bus to Zao Ski Resort

Hi,

I'm planning to go to Zao Ski Resort on 15 Apr. Can anyone confirm whether this timetable for the bus from Yamagata station to Zao is still valid? If not, what is the latest timetable?

It is still up-to-date except for the first bus of the day from Yamagata Station, which now leaves 10 minutes earlier (6:50 instead of 7:00). And the 8:00 departure in the opposite direction, which now leaves Zao Onsen also 10 minutes earlier at 7:50.

Zao's a great ski resort! The snow monsters are absolutely amazing. I did experience a bit of ice when I went in April a few years ago, but I hope you have better luck! Definitely worth hitting up an onsen after your done skiing for the day.

Thank you for the replies. Can anyone please advise me how to purchase the bus ticket? Is it purchased on board or from the ticket counter? I suppose the ticket counter is located nsomewhere near the bus stop? Is it possible to purchase online? Is reservation necessary?
