Dates of Koya-san festival in 2014

I am interested in attending the DAIMANDARA-KU / TEIGI MANDARA-KU festival in Koya-san this year in April 2014. According to the Koya-san website, the festivals are on April 10. But the page does not say whether that is true for 2014 (and whether both are on one day). Do these Koya-san festival dates change every year, as many traditional festivals do, according to the lunar calendar, or are they always on the same solar date? I sent an email to the site asking this but have not heard back. Is there a way to check the 2014 dates of this Koya-san festival?
