1 day trip to Ueno

I am planning to visit Ueno for 1 day.
I would like to know the approx. time it will take to see all the following places.

1) UENO Zoo
2) Tokyo Mertopolitian Meuseum
3) Tokyo Science Meuseum

Is it possible to cover all these withing 1 day.

It varies dramatically between different people:

UENO Zoo: typically 1-5 hours
Tokyo Mertopolitian Meuseum: typically 30-180 minutes (I assume you mean the art museum)
Tokyo Science Meuseum: typically 1-4 hours

I think it will all depend on how quickly you can move through each area. Some people could spend a whole day at just one of those places while someone else could probably quickly get through them all.

My suggestion would be to order them in what you want to see the most (as well as comparing opening/closing times) and just take them as they come. If you don't get to your third one of the day then either try another day or go without.

I do think doing two in one day should be do-able no matter the speed you travel at as long as you get an early start to the day.
