Ghibli Museum on a weekend. Too crowded?

Hi, yesterday I reserved my tickets for the Ghibli Museum for my upcoming trip to Japan. The day I wanted to go was a Monday because I figured it would be less crowded but they were sold out for that day. So without thinking I booked one day earlier and now I'm worried it'll be packed because it's a weekend. Is there a significant difference between weekend and weekday, or would it have been crowded anyway?

It is one purpose of the booking system to limit visitor numbers to a degree that keeps the museum from getting too crowded.
