Hi all

I know there's been a bit of recent snow storm activity, wanted to know if my travel plan from Tokyo to Hakuba via Shinkansen and bus may be delayed/cancelled on Tuesday 18th?

Tomorrow maybe fine no snow warning now
but cold -7℃/L -4℃/H　wind not strong max 4m/sec.
