Sakura in Sendai

Hi,
I am arrived to Narita 22April14 & living Japan at 12May14.
First blooming is 12April in Sendai &17 April full blooming.
The weather forcast shows the best viewing untill 25April.
So, Can J see this magnificent Cherry spot?

From Sendai will be Nikko , then Tokio etc,,,

I would like to buy 21days Rail Pass &acitvate in Narita .
Can I use RP stright from Narita?
Maybe this is wrong thinking?
Iam appreciate for any advices?

It is still early to predict the timing of Sendai's cherry blossoms.

Yes, it is valid on virtually all JR trains, including the ones out of Narita Airport.
