Late arrival Kansai Airport

Dear ALL

My family will be arrived in KANSAI around 10:00 PM. We will stay in the holtel near HIGOBASHI station. Any one can help:
- Is there any BEST train / Subway to my hotel from Kansai,
- What is latest train/subway operation in the evening?
- Can i use JR PASS ?

because i go with little child so your advise will be much appreciated.

The easiest route is to take the Nankai line to Nankai Namba station, then walk about 7 mins to the Subway Namba stn and take the Yotsubashi subway line to Higobashi.

The last train from Kansai departs at 23:29 but that will arrive Namba at 00:12. That will be too late for the subway and you'll need to take a taxi to your hotel.

You will not be using JR so railpass cannot be used.

If you can catch the 23h29 Nankai Express, leave at Tengachaya station at 00h07.
Then use the Sakasuji subway line (last train at 00h18).
Leave at Kitahama station at 00h28, less than 1 Km far from Higobachi.
You can walk underground to Yodobashi station, 300 meters far from Higobashi... or take a taxi.

another question : I have Japan Rail Pass. So do we need to buy any IC card to use subway around OSAKA ? Can i use this card to use bus and subway also in KYOTO or TOKYO?
