Is 9PM a little too late to visit the food/drinking joints along yurakucho (Gado-Shita)? I'd like to do some (street) photography and drink/eat there as well. Thanks
Also, anything interesting in Tokyo Station? Im more into street photography. What is the best time to see it? Thanks.
