Wind/rain effect on Tokyo's sakura

Hi all,
Tomorrow is forecast to be rainy and particularly rainy in Tokyo. Does anybody know whether the blossom is likely to survive such conditions? Or is it at an earlier enough stage to weather the storm, as it were?
Many thanks, and happy sakura viewing!
Rich :)

They are not even at full bloom yet. Wind and rain have almost no effect on them at this stage.

On today, Tokyo District Observatory (of Japan Meteorological Agency) announced that it observed cherry blossoms be in full bloom in central Tokyo. This information is about one species of cherry (called "Somei-yoshino" in Japanese), which is very common from Kyushu to Tohoku Regions. There are some species of cherries which tend to flower earlier or later.
