Hokuno to Kuzuryuko Station - How?

I'm interested in travelling between Hokuno Station (or some intermediate stop) on the Nagaragawa Railway to Kuzuryuko Station on the Etsumi-Nan line in early April. Are there any buses?
How about taxis? How much would one cost?

No local bus.
Taxi around 11000Y/50min
from Minoshiratori stn(not Hokuno)

Thanks! At that price might need to catch the bus from Gujo Hachiman to Takayama and go around that way.
