Is April 30th busy day at airport?

I'm in Japan during this April and I know Golden Week begins April 29th. I will return April 30th and I'm wondering if airport is crowded? I want to take Narita Express but I'm worried if trains will be booked early. Also is April 28th just normal day or can trains be booked, as it's right before the beginning of GW? I'm supposed to travel Osaka–Tokyo during that day by shinkansen.

No need to worry. They won't be booked out, at all.

As for trains, the real rush does not start until the evening of May 2. April 28 will be a regular weekday.

Some trains will be busy with business travelers, as usual. But generally you should have no problems making a seat reservation, especially if you do so a day in advance.
