Fuji Hakone Pass arriving to where?

Excuse me I'm planning to buy the Fuji Hakone Pass, but I'm not sure it it will arrive at Hakone or Kawaguchiko St?
I know that the Hakone Pass will arrive at hakone.
I want to but the Fuji Hakone pass but can I arrive at Kawaguchiko St?

The pass should be used in a loop:

Shinjuku-Hakone-Kawaguchiko-Shinjuku

or the other way around:

Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko-Hakone-Shinjuku

and if I choose Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko-Hakone-Shinjuku, does that mean I arrive at kawaguchiko station then where to I depart? Is it in Odawara? Using a train?

Yes, there is a direct bus (Hakone Tozan Bus Line T) which operates every 15 minutes or so:

You use a Fujikyu/Keio bus between Shinjuku and Kawaguchiko and the Odakyu train between Odawara and Shinjuku. Please read the earlier linked page in more detail. Here is the link again:
