Trains to Fuji Rock festival

Hi,
I am going to the Fuji Rock festival and would like to know what trains to catch. I will be staying at the Naspa New Otani hotel and don't know how to get from Tokyo to the hotel and from the hotel to the festival.
Please help.

Well, I don't think it can get much clearer than these two web pages.

The first is from the NASPA New Otani Hotel website about where they are located, how to get there from Tokyo and how to get to Tokyo from Narita Airport.
