First tour in Japan

Hi,we"r couple(63),comming to Tokyo 9.24 staying 4 nights,Hakone 1n.At the end of our tour we stay till 10.10-5 nights in Kyoto.In between we have 8 days to make a tour,we thought to visit:Takayama-Matsumoto-Kanazawa-then directly to Hiroshima and Kyoto.What would you suggest us to visit?

Hakone - (Kawaguchiko) - Matsumoto - Takayama - Kanazawa - Kyoto - Hiroshima route is smart

- Roppongi Hills Mori Tower Observation Deck
- Shibuya Crossing
- Tokyo Station + Imperial Palace Gardens (10 minute walk from station to Palace)
- Ginza: luxury shopping neighborhood
