Okayama Airport to Fukuwatari St

Hello. From the map, it looks like it is more direct to take bus than train. Is there a bus from Okayama Airport (coming from Haneda)to Fukuwatari Station pl? How much would it cost to take a taxi? Domo.

1st stop Kumenan Town Office is 11km far from Fukuwatari St worthless.

Regulaer taxi around 6000Y/40min from airport.
or take regular taxi until Kanagawa st
then take local train(JR Tsuyama line) cheaper.
