Narita Airport to Haneda

I'm looking into a flight that has a 17 hour layover in Japan. Plane lands in Narita airport at 4PM then the connecting flight won't be until the next day at 10AM at Haneda airport. I am planning to stay at a Toyoko Inn near the Haneda airport for my flight the next morning. Will I have time to visit Shibuya or Harajuku after I check in at the hotel? I don't want to be hauling my luggage around. What route should I take? It will be my First time in Japan.

Harajuku is not for night spot. To Shibuya by NEX(JR LtdEXp no transfer) easiest and use station coin locker. Shibuya to Hotel by regular commuter trains(no direct). http://www.hyperdia.com/en/operate a lot no problem until over 24:00 in mid Tokyo.
