Which area in Tokyo I should stay so as access to both Haneda and Narita will be within an hour. Thanks all.

Usually you can travel by rail to a station in HND within 1 hour from any station in one of the Tokyo 23 city wards (such as Shinjuku, Shibuya and Chiyoda).
To a station in NRT Terminal 1 or 2, you can travel from (Keisei) Ueno Station taking a Skyliner train for about 45 minutes, or from Tokyo Station (of JR-East) taking a Narita Express train for about 1 hour; if you choose non-express trains, it highly likely requires over 1 hour to travel even from the closest stations in Tokyo. (Narita Airport [NRT] is located outside Tokyo Metropolis.)
