Haruka / Icocca tickets 2014/4/6 12:55
Hi,
I am a bit confused about the Haruka/Icocca tickets. I will be arriving at KIX and will be going straight to Kyoto. I intend to purchase a one way Haruka ticket as I will return to KIX via Namba, taking the express to the airport. The Haruka ticket consists of an Icocca card - what is it for and will it be useful for travel on buses/subway in Kyoto?
Alternatively is there an alternatively option for foreign travells to get to Kyoto from KIX.

It can be used on almost all local trains and subways in Kyoto, Osaka and many other of Japan's major cities with the prominent exception of Kyoto buses. Find the details here:
