I have 2 questions:

1. Where to buy Shinkansen one way ticket tokyo-osaka? And how much is that?

2. I will stay in Shinjuku Granbell Hotel, if i want to use Shinkansen, what station should i go?

1)
JR Shinjuku station ticket counter or ticket vending machine(ENG button with).
Narita airport JR ticket counter/machine also possible.
(Haneda airport/Yokohama port no sales)

Shinkansen : about 14000Y/oneway (as regular fare "Nozomi")
