We will leave at 7.35 am from Haneda Airport, international flight. Is it a good idea to spend the last night in Haneda or will the trains leave from Tokyo early enough? I can't find a schedule for this.

To get the first connection of the day, enter a departure time around 3am.

The first monorail arrives at the international terminal at 5:12. The first Keikyu train at 5:26.
