7 days trip (tokyo-kyoto-himeji-osaka) advice

Hi I need advise on how to my plan my 7 days Japan trip next April. I'm thinking of staying 3 days in tokyo, then either take shinkansen or overnight willer bus. However, I'm confused on how to prepare the rest of my trip. At Kyoto, I plan to visit Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari, Uji City, Sanjusangendo, I've been to Kyoto before but I'm planning to go back and see Golden Pavilion and Kiyomizudera again. I also plan to go to Himeji Castle, Nakayamadera, both places are in Hyogo prefecture and lastly Osaka. My departure on Osaka should be around night time. If anyone can help me with my schedule, I will greatly appreciate it. thanks

I'm more into culture and countryside place instead of city. You can consider to visit Takayama, Shirakawago and Kanazawa also. You can take Nohi bus from Osaka.
