Dear kind hearted forumers,
I had just finish drafting my itinerary for osaka+tokyo+hokkaido.. I need some help and pointers by members here hoping that anyone kind enough to check through my itinerary and give me some feedbacks or correction on it..
However due to my excel file is relatively big at 7mb, it will be better to send via email. Anyone who can help me can just drop me an email at foosportshouse@gmail.com and I will forward the itinerary for your expert advise.
All your kindness I can only repay back with many thank you's and may god bless your good deed.
Regards, Michael

I believe it would be easier if you could just make a short version of it - stating Day 1: visit Location A, Location B, (overnight in which city), etc. so that everyone can see it here on the forum.

Hi,
My file actually contains a more detail draft, which includes pictures, train time tables, walkthroughs, even I tried to list out as many details as possible to avoid getting lost.
Therefore I need help from forumers here to check on it, and help me do some corrections or feedbacks if there's any error detected.
Regards, Michael

It's so detailed it makes me blink :) But if I were you, unless you have a great discount deal on flights, I would simply take the train from Kyoto to Tokyo, instead of going to Kansai airport and flying to Narita.

Hi,
Yes we manage to get Peach airline at some good price from Kansai to Tokyo.
Initially i was thinking to take the bus, but having to go through the hassle of finding a place to take bath after a long stress day out at Kyoto, i decided to cancel and make a refund from Willer Express.
Which is why i choose to stay in Washington Hotel Kansai, which provides free airport transfer from hotel to airport ! :D

No, I certainly would not recommend any night bus (too back-breaking for myself...), but if you take the JR Shinkansen train from Kyoto to Tokyo (under 3 hours in total), you don't have to do the major backtracking of Kyoto to Kansai, then again from Narita to central Tokyo. Also you "might" have a chance of seeing Mt. Fuji from the train as well. Personally I prefer train travel, that is all I guess. Also you "could" consider, if you take the train, to get off Shinkansen at Odawara on the way to Tokyo and do the Hakone visit before you reach Tokyo. Just some thoughts.

Oh, great. On page 10, if you will visit Rikugien, that entrance will be closed by 16:30. Please be careful, you will have no time to enter.

Japan-guide mentioned that the garden closes at 5PM. Will try to drop by Rikuguen, else I guess i will have to forgo this Rikuguen if I shoot out of time :(
Anyway thanks for the pointers ! Appreciated :)
Any feedbacks and errors to be corrected?
PS: Takeshi-san from JPRail.com pointed out that during my first day at Kyoto, it will be more advisable to get the Kansai Are Pass 1 day + city bus pass will be better value compared to the ICOCA HARUKA pass. So, another great input from him ! :)
