Money transfers between banks

So I recently moved to Tokyo and it's already the time of the month to pay the rent for my Apartment.
I have a Tokyo Mitsubishi bank and my apartment agency uses Sumitomo bank.
Since my school ends at 3:30p.m, I can't make it to the front desk for the bank.
Can I just use the ATM to transfer my rent?

generally YES. I don't know they have English menu in ATM machines
