Japan iPhone 5S Camera Sound in Other Country

I just bought a SIM free iPhone 5S from original Apple retailer. So I am able to put in my Singapore SIM Card and use with carrier by either DOCOMO or Softbank.
The annoying shutter sound that I know it is not possible to mute it in Japan. However, what if I go back to Singapore, am I able to switch it off?
