Are both of them tram lines? I thought only one was a tram line (Randen) but in one write up, it referred to Keifuku as a tram line also.

Randen is the nickname for the Keifuku train lines in Kyoto. I believe it is classified as a train as it's tracks are completely segregated from the roads.
