First time to japan

Hello all,
I have plan planned to visit japan myself this October in 2 weeks. I did book a return ticket to Fukuoka. I would like to make my trip from Fukuoka to Hiroshima, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Tokyo, nikko, Mount Fuji and back to Fukuoka to return home. Please advise me the best schedule that I can make my plan possible and which transportation I would use during my trip.

I would travel as follows:
Fukuoka (1 day)
shinkansen
Hiroshima (2 days)
shinkansen
Osaka (1 day)
train
Kyoto (4 days)
shinkansen/bus
Mount Fuji (2 days)
bus
Tokyo with side trip to Nikko (4 days)
airplane
Fukuoka
The day allocations are according to my own personal interests. You should adjust it to yours.
