Pls advise the best mode of transport from osaka-Sapporo-Hiroshima-osaka?

As for Hiroshima-Sapporo, JAL and ANA operate one direct flight each per day. But due to the absence of direct competition by train and discount airlines, the fares tend to be relatively expensive. Air passes can be a good deal on this route:

Best way to flu from Osaka to Sapporo. I don't think there is a direct flight from New Chitose/Sapporo to Hiroshima. I think you have to stop in Tokyo and take another flight. Then the return to Osaka from Hiroshima should be by Mizuho Shinkansen.

Only JAL flies Sapporo to Hiroshima, and the normal fare is 16 900 yen if booked at least 55 days in advance. If you are traveling to Japan on a Oneworld airline, you can get a discount at 10 800 yen :

Both above posts are inaccurate. ANA and JAL operate each one daily round trip between Hiroshima and Sapporo.

Sorry, Wikipedia was out of date, ANA flies Sapporo to Hiroshima too, so you can use the Experience Japan fare to get 10 800 yen regardless of the airline you use to fly to Japan
