Too many people at Aomori Museums and Parade?

I am planning on going up to Aomori for the festival on August 6 and fireworks on the 7th and was wondering if the museums (art and Nebuta Warasse) will be overwhelmed with people on the 7th.

Yes, it will likely be very crowded during the Nebuta Matsuri. The parade itself is very spread out over a long route so finding a space is not as big an issue as with other festivals and parades.

It should be crowded, but unless you know you'll be back in Aomori at another time, you should go to whatever places you want to visit there and not worry so much about the crowds. There's no reason to miss out on anything if you want to see something!
