rockabillies in yoyogi park all year round?

Hi guys,
Just back from Yoyogi park. We were there on Sunday but didn't see any rockabilies. It's a shame as we were really looking forward to seeing them. The weather was pretty rubbish though, do you think that could be the reason? I think we did go to the right place, Harajuku station and then right towards Yoyogi park. .. planning to go there again next Sunday but I don't want to waste a trip again. . Thanks for your advice!

What time did you go? They don't get there til at least 11am, but I'd aim for the afternoon. We missed them last time because we were too early but ran into them at Harajuku station late that night on our way home and chatted with them on the train.

I think we went around 11 but came back again around 4pm.. I just don't know if terror absence was due to the bad weather..
