canceled pasmo for fare evading

My pasmo card has been stopped with value still on it as I walked through the gate after the light went red and I wasn't sure what to do Can I still get the deposit back? How do I stop it from being canceled? Thanks

Don't worry, it's probably not cancelled. Rather it sounds like you went through the gates without it registering properly. It's a common mistake and easily corrected at any of the manned gates or windows. They'll need to know what station you last used it at to reset it.
