I am traveling to Osaka during winter time. I wan to know where can i go from osaka to enjoy a good onsen and enjoy the winter scenery.

There is generally no "winter scenery" in Osaka. If you want to see snow, you'll have to go somewhere further north. Kinosaki Onsen sometimes gets snow, but there are no guarantees. The San-in Region and Hokuriku Regions are usually the best places to go within daytrip distance of Kansai for snow. The Hokuriku region has onsen, as well.
