if there is a bus in Shoren-in Temple to Kitano Tenmangu Shrine
Ifd like to squeeze the Imperial Palace as I have a permit to visit on the 25th as well

Jingu Michi (near Shoren-in Temple)
| Kyoto City Bus: Line 5 (northbound): less than 10 min.
(the 5th stop) Higashitennocho
| Kyoto City Bus: Line 203 (counterclockwise): about 30 min.
(the 18th stop) Kitano Tenmangu Mae: bus stand for westbound buses.

Kitano Tenmangu Shrine is located to the north, across the road from the bus stand.
A bus stand for eastbound buses (shown below) is located a little to the east, across the road from the bus stand (shown above).

Kitano Tenmangu Mae: bus stand for eastbound buses
| Kyoto City Bus: Line 203 (clockwise): about 10 min.
(the 7th stop) Karasuma Imadegawa: Bus Stand A (near Kyoto Imperial Palace).

any available bus going to Nishiki Market from Imperial Palace?

There seems to be no quick bus route to get from Karasuma Imadegawa to Shijo Takakura (near Nishiki Market).
Exiting Kyoto Imperial Palace via Seisho-mon Gate, you can
proceed northward for about 430 meters, cross Imadegawa-dori Street,
go down to Imadegawa Station of subway via Entrance 3,
take a southbound train (departing at Track 1) to Shijo Station (the 3rd stop),
get out via Exit 1,
proceed northward for about 190 meters,
turn right to Nishikikouji-dori Street
and soon find Nishiki Market.
