passby168:
go to Mita Station direct train to the subway, then, I will go to Suidobashi station by subway Mita Line. This route sounds good to me.
From Keikyu stations in Haneda Airport, trains run for multiple directions, destined to many stations. Please feel free to ask a Keikyu station attendant which train should run directly to Asakusa Line (of Toei subway).

http://www.hotelniwa.jp/english/access/station.html: Exit A2 (which is equipped with an elevator) and Exit A1 (which is not) are on different sides of the same road.
: You can get out via Exit A2, find a nearby Suidobashi crossing, cross Sotobori-dori southward, turn left, cross Hakusan-dori eastward, turn right and follow the rest of the route shown as a blue line on the map.
Is there elevator or escalator at Akihabara Station to go from JR Yamanote train platform to the JR Sobu train platform? As passby168 points out, regarding Track 5 platform of Akihabara Station for westbound trains, there is no direct elevator / escalator available from any of the two Yamanote Line platforms.
Akihabara Station of JR-East is tricky, but it got improved about 10 years ago, with elevators newly installed and pathways widen; you can avoid staircases if you make a transfer via the concourse.
Chuo Line (pronounced like chew-all-line) and Sobu Line are jointed in Ochanomizu, which is between Suidobashi and Akihabara.
Please note that Chuo Line Rapid trains (from and to Shinjuku) skip Suidobashi and run not via Akihabara but on Ochanomizu -- Kanda -- Tokyo.
