Fujisan day trip

Hi,
I will be traveling to Mt.Fuji around end of Oct'2014. Questions are
1) will there be a bus to 5th station operated?
2) Is it possible to do a day trip from Tokyo and covering the following
- 5th station (just sightseeing, no hiking)
- Retro bus around Kawagushiko (hope in/off in some stops)
- some time at Pagoda Chureito
