Yes, there are lockers in all terminals. Be aware though that the airport is not open 24 hours, so after 10PM or so you'd have to wait til the next day to get your stuff. You can also use some lockers in Tenjin if that is more convenient for you, in the Nishitetsu train station. Fukuoka is a great laid back city with lots of shopping and open parks.
