Hello:

Whatever happened to Teipark or the Ntt Communications Museum in Marunouchi?
That was a nice museum!
What is taking its place there?
Tokyo deciding to let go of a nice museum makes little sense.

The postal part of it was moved to the Skytree:

The NTT part was moved here:
http://www.hct.ecl.ntt.co.jp/

The ugly building the museum was located in will be torn down as part of the "Renaissance of Otemachi" redevelopment.
