JR Pass for Nagoya for 4 days

We will be arriving in Nagoya in early June 2014 and would like to travel by train to see the Central part of Japan; ie west of Tokyo and east of Osaka.
Please advise if it is possible to purchase a 4-day pass for train travel in the Central part of Japan.

The nationwide 7-day Japan Rail Pass comes closest to your requested pass. There exists no pass for just Central Japan.
