Nihon-Odori Station is about a 5 minute walk from Osanbashi Pier.

The best way is to take the Narita Express from the airport to Yokohama (only 1500 yen with the NEX Tokyo Direct Ticket) and then the Minato Mirai Line to Nihon-Odori. Alternatively, you could take a taxi from Yokohama Station.

The JR tracks in Yokohama Station are on the ground, while the Minatomirai track is deep under the ground on the 5th basement. You can follow signs for Tokyu (Toyoko) Line and Minatomirai Line, which are jointed in Yokohama.

The Minatomirai tracks in Nihon-Odori Station are on the 3rd basement.

If you can reach Yokohama Station during 10:00 - 18:00, alternatively you can take a train on Negishi Line to the next Sakuragicho Station and take an "Akai Kutsu" bus on Route (C) to (C15) Osanbashi Yokohama International Passenger Terminal bus stop. The bus fare is 100 yen per adult per ride.
This route is slower, but you do not need to make a long transfer, and the bus stop is closer to Osanbashi Ship Terminal than Nihon-Odori Station.

Seats of a "Narita Express" train require reservation.

If you can catch a (part of a) "Narita Expressh train bound for Yokohama or Ofuna, you can take it to Yokohama Station.
Even if you cannot take a direct "Narita Expressh train soon, you can change trains at Shinagawa Station instead to a Local or Rapid train on Keihin-Tohoku Line bound for Ofuna, Isogo or Sakuragicho.
(Among "Narita Express" trains leaving the airport, most are two-destination trains until reaching Tokyo Station, and have a part to halt at Shinagawa Station; the others are one-destination trains, which all halt at Shinagawa Station.)
