Hello,
I would like to make a reservation at Goraiko-kan hut in July. The web page is not in English and I can not understand anything. What could I do?

You should try giving them a call at 0555-22-7751 and make the reservation over the phone. Their booking form is all in Japanese, so if you're an English speaker, this is really the only way you'll be able to make a reservation.
You could also try google translate on their online reservation form page, but I would recommend just giving them a call and asking for an English speaking representative to help you out.
