Taxi hire around furano

I am intending to visit furano in on the 25 & 26 June and would like to visit the jam shop, cheese factory & ningle terrace.
I read about hiring taxi as another option as i can't drive.I would to ask for the taxi packages, does the timing include the time traveling only on the road or does it also include the time spent at each location. As I do not want to be restricted by the amount of time at each place. For a similar cost, will it be better to flag for one after each location, if so would it be possible to book in advance the taxi to pick me up at certain times from each location. Anyone has tried something similar? pls share with me. Thank you
