How to predict Mount Fuji visibility

Hello. Do you know how to interpret the weather forecasts to estimate whether Mount Fuji will be visible or covered with clouds in advance (one day before)? Is it possible to anticipate Mount Fuji visibility from most popular viewpoints like Lake Kawaguchiko, Hakone, Tokyo and Fuji City?

I often use the predicted chances of precipitation to guess how good the visibility will be. If there is a chance of 0% rain, then the visibility tends to be quite good. 10% is not bad either (of course it is not a 100% accurate method): http://www.tenki.jp/forecast/3/22/4920.htmlhttp://weathernews.jp/pinpoint/cgi/search_result.fcgi?service=11&lat=3...I also consider simply the weather forecast (pure sun vs. sun with clouds) and the weather on the previous day and the weather forecast for the upcoming day and the weather in surrounding weather stations. Generally speaking, winter comes with a lot of days with good visibility, while summer does not due to the humidity that makes the air look foggy.

One more great tool are live cameras. When the previous evening was cloud free and the weather forecast for the next day is good, the upcoming morning is likely also cloud free: http://www.fujigoko.tv/live/

Sorry for the multiple posts.
The above method is best for Kawaguchiko.
As for Hakone, it often already does not work. Even on days when there are no clouds, the mountain is sometimes not visible, especially outside of the winter months.
And for Tokyo it becomes even more tricky. The visibility has to be very good in order to see the mountain. During winter, you have a good chance to simply rely on good weather forecasts, but during summer I have not found a way to predict visibility.

I wish there was a method. You can't trust the weather forecast. I even went once on a clear day and yet Mt. Fuji couldn't be seen!!
Like Uji suggested the live cameras are your best bet, but it means you have to check in the morning of your departure. That's why I like to be flexible with my itinerary and just do a daytrip to Shizuoka oder Yamanashi from wherever I am at that time.
I've once spent 3 days in Kawaguchiko in winter when people said the sky is usually clear and I didn't get to see Mt. Fuji at all. Very frustrating.
Since then, I've done the live-cam check, day trip thingie and it has worked much better for me. ;)
