I plan to go to Furano on 17 june 2014.
and plan to go to Saika no Sato from Farm Tomita, to Choei Lavender Farm from Saika no Sato by taxi.
My questions are :
How to find taxi around each farm ?
Is there any infomation center at each farm ?
If yes. Is it posible to call taxi for me ?

I went skiing in Furano last winter. There are no taxis cruising the streets like in big cities. You would have to book one of the chartered taxis at your hotel.

the chartered taxi is too expensive for me. (10,000+ yen)
