Arriving I'National flight 2100 hrs. June 14. Is there a Hotel Shuttle desk at the arrival hall to book a bus/coach/mini bus to New Otani Hotel ?

You can pre-arrange for a sedan from the hotel but it's pretty expensive (14000yen).

There is no direct limousine bus or train.
