Narita airport immigration clearing time

I am the first time travel to Japan, and my flight arrival at the Narita airport by 20:45 on Sat night, could anyone please kindly advice roughly how long it will take to clear the immigration and luggage? Say I have nothing to declare.

Looking to take the last Limousine Bus which is 21:45 to the hotel, do you think i can make it?

What if I don't have any check in luggage, will I make it?

Taxiing to the gate can take a lot of time (10-15 minutes). Immigration afterwards is likely to be swift (0-10 minutes), and you are more likely to encounter some waiting time at the baggage claim (10 minutes). Customs again should be swift (0-5 minutes). All in all, I expect it to take 30-45 minutes from touch-down to the bus ticket counter. So, if your plane is not delayed, I think you have good chances to make your bus.
