Here "ryuga no taki" and "ryuga no zaki " seem to refer to Ryuzu Waterfall [Ryzu no taki].
Ryuzu-no-taki bus stop is between Chuzenji-onsen bus stop and Yumoto-onsen bus stop.
With an All Nikko Pass, you can take Tobu buses inside the bus area of its validity, and you can embark and disembark at any bus stop on the route.
When you travel with an All Nikko Pass, you should start traveling from Asakusa Station, and you can exit the rail through a gate only at Tokyo Skytree Station, Tochigi Station, Shimo-imaichi Station and Tobu-nikko Station.
If you do not travel in the direction of Kinugawa, a Marugoto Nikko Tobu Free Pass is also worth considering. You can choose a Tobu station (in Tokyo) where you start and end traveling with this pass, and you can use this pass on any Tobu bus section covered by an All Nikko Pass.
