Himeji Castle exterior tour

Just found out through google that the casle is offering exterior tour by going up the scaffold via construction elevator. Is it still available? What other construction limited tour is still available as of now?( June 17 2014)

The tours inside the scaffolding ended in January of this year. By now, the main keep is almost fully visible again. But the interior of the castle is off-limit.
