first timer in hokkaido

Hello,
We will be in hokkaido from 09 Dec (Tue) to 15 Dec (Mon).
We plan to
- shop at Mandarake
- visit Shiroi Koibito Park
- try Skiing
- stay 1 or 2 nights at a ryokan with our private onsen
Can anyone recommend an itinerary for us to include the above and suggest the route, as well as where to stay in Sapporo?

You'd better take Tourist bus. http://teikan.chuo-bus.co.jp/They have sapporo city 1 day trip with Shiroi Koibit park and Ski bus. Jozankei have nice Hot spring( Onsen ) and close to Ski( Sapporo Kokusai ).
