Drop luggage in train station 2014/6/27 16:59
Hey!!! i'm travelling for the first time to Japan and I was wondering if there are any luggage dropping facilities in Kyoto's train station and if it is sae to leave luggage there for a day trip.

Thank you all in advance

Yup, there are both coin lockers and a luggage check/delivery service at Kyoto Station. See this webpage for more info:

Yes, but also consider sending you luggage:

It is extremely reliable and punctual, and you can ask them to deliver at a specific time, whether next day or even several days later. And it's relatively cheap (iirc, something like 10 bucks per suitcase, which is not much more than a locker).

Also... consider spending more than a day in Kyoto! XD
